Scott F. Johnson is a Professor of Law at Concord Law School at Purdue University Global, where he develops and teaches courses including Administrative Law, Administrative Advocacy, Constitutional Law, Education Law, and Special Education Law. He has taught students online at Concord Law School since 2000. He has written a number of books and articles in the education law area, including Education Law: A Problem-Based Approach, 3rd Edition, Carolina Academic Press (2015), and Special Education Law, 5th Edition, Sage Publications (2014). He also serves as a Hearing Officer for a state Department of Education, which includes the roles of a mediator and administrative law judge.
